We are a company specialized in various plastic injection mould & molding technology stationed here in shanghai ,china. we build company since 1997, our major field of activities is production of steel molds for plastic injection mould and injection molding of plastic parts in variety of designs, material and appliance. Additional service includes OEM/ODM manufacturing . We had served various industries (Electrical, Automotive, Telecommunications, Electronics, Medical, household appliances, etc.) and build all kinds of precision and large moulds in several tonnes different in size, complexity, design, purpose and life for a variety of plastic parts ,also include final OEM assembly service. We can inject almost any kind of plastics such as ABS, PC, PBT, ABS-PC, PP, PMMA, PE, PA, etc. The steel we use for manufacturing moulds are P-20, H-13(full hardened mould with HRC 52-54, 420 SS (Stainless Steel), ETC or as specified by the customers.
